Has God placed a dream in your heart, but you are scared of the unknown in moving forward with it? Has He called you to do something, yet it seems too hard and overwhelming? Do you find yourself giving up… settling for mediocrity?
I’m at the Encouragement Cafe today, talking about pursuing our dreams… our calling… our place in God’s plan. I hope you can stop by and read: What If I Give My All… And Fail?
After you read, I would love to hear your thoughts! Leave a comment here or there… I’ll be checking both throughout the day. May we all listen to and pursue God’s calling on our lives!
By the way, if you would like to subscribe to emails from Grow Where You’re Planted, you can do that here: Grow Where You’re Planted Updates.
Great! Left comment on the other site.
Thanks, Leigh! 🙂
You had me at the title, girl! That is the kind of question that keeps us paralyzed where we are. Those verses allow us to move forward in faith. Love it!
Thanks, Shannon! YES so true!
Love this, Paula. I left you a big hearty comment on the other site, but wanted to thank you for the reminder to take the leap.

Thanks, Gina! The comment you left on the other site didn’t come up for some reason. 🙁 I’m curious what you said! 🙂
Great thinking! Good luck..:)
Thanks! 🙂
Paula, I may have to read this everyday for a real longtime! Just what I needed. I let the adversary’s voice speak to loudly in my head keeping me from pursuing my dreams. I just started a project that I have been trying to do but every time I started my insecurities got the best of me.
Thank you for your wisdom and inspiration!
So glad it spoke to you, Celena! Get rid of those insecurities! They are nothing more than Satan trying to rob what God is doing in us and through us. Blessings to you! 🙂
Who hasn’t given all and then failed? Sure…I’d stop trying when I was younger, but I’ve learned since then. Maybe I missed something, maybe there was a lesson to be learned, but if it was easy then why try? Everyone would do it.
Loved the post
Thank you, Sharon!!
