Welcome to Tune-In Tuesday! If this is your first time visiting on a Tuesday, I hope you will find this as a place to worship together. Each week, I share about a song that God is using in my life. One that is speaking to me in whatever season I may be going through. The invitation is for you to jump in and do it, too!

I love this song! It makes me think about the condition of the church today… and tradition. How often we turn worshiping God into {unconsciously} serving ourselves because of man-made rules, traditions, and programs.
This song is a good reminder for us to rediscover our relationship with Jesus. To go back to when we accepted Him into our lives and remember why. It was not about pleasing man or about following rules. It was about a Man who died on the cross for our sins, and who wanted to forgive us and make us whole… One who loves us more than anyone else could ever love us.
May we all seek to find our way back to “the God I thought I knew” or for some of us… “the God I never knew.”
